Houston Housing Market Pleases Sugar Land Realtors

Sugar Land realtors couldn’t be more pleased with the recent HAR MLS press release on the Houston housing market, which saw a 15.5% increase in home sales over the same month in 2012. There were 4,407 contracts closed in February as well, bringing the average single-family home price to an all time high!
